Each item is 100% made by Sew A Smile Boutique from start to finish. Each item in my shop has a different lead time depending on the product, please see the shipping section of the item you want to purchase. All lead times are updated throughout the day based on demand. Please make note of the lead time before purchasing.

How the design process works. After ordering when I get closer to your order on my schedule, I will request a photo from you (if I do not already have one) and then I design the doll.

After designing I send you a picture of the design for your approval. After approval I will stitch/make the doll.

Note: You scheduled order date may be delayed if I am still waiting for your approval.

Yes. If you are local to West Jordan, Utah. Please message me for details.

• If you order hasn’t shipped please message the seller to correct. Your address cannot be changed manually, so the seller will cancel and refund your order, then you can reorder and enter the correct shipping address.
• If your order has shipped, you will be responsible for paying the additional shipping charge to resend your item if it is returned to the seller. The seller is not responsible for any mail lost or returned due to incorrect address given by the buyer.

I don’t accept returns or cancellations due to the nature of personalized items. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I accept PayPal and you can use your debit or credit card payments through paypal without an account.
